Kindle Scout Campaign for The Disembodied
Nominations accepted until May 30, 2016
I am launching a Kindle Scout Campaign for my new novel, The Disembodied, and I need your help.
About a Kindle Scout Campaign
With a Kindle Scout campaign, readers play a role in determining what Kindle Press decides to publish.
Authors upload their book along with their covers and few brief comments about themselves. Kindle Press posts a portion of the book – around 5,000 words for readers to check out. Scouts (readers – that’s you) then vote for the books they believe to be worthy of publication. If their chosen book is selected, then Scouts get a free copy of the eBook prior to publication so they can read it before anyone else. Authors, in turn, gain increased visibility and access to the Amazon’s massive marketing/promotional capability.
Be a Scout!
Will you go to the Kindle Scout site and register as a Scout? It’s quite easy (with an Amazon account). You can read an excerpt of The Disembodied along with a short summary of the book. If you enjoy the excerpt, please cast your vote!
The campaign lasts for 30 days, so you may see some additional announcements from me over the next month. If The Disembodied is not accepted by Kindle Scout, I will self-publish it with Amazon as a Kindle Unlimited ebook and as a paperback.
Thank you in advance – many of you have been supportive of my efforts to become a (horror) novelist over the past few years. I am very grateful.

Check out the trailer for Dead Works
This novella, which has been in the works for awhile, is an effort to recapture the monster stories/movies of my youth in the 1950s and 1960s. Sweet Aswang is the first, as far as I know, Type 1 diabetes themed horror books.
